Where is IN PEACE jewelry made?
Every IN PEACE piece is personally designed by founder Hannah and produced in small quantities with trusted craftspeople in Bangkok, Thailand.
From the initial idea to the final details, each design begins with Hannah and is brought to life through skilled craftsmanship.
What materials do you use?
IN PEACE works primarily with solid sterling silver, 14k and 18k gold, diamonds, and natural gemstones.
Materials and stone details are listed individually on each product page.
We do not use gold plating.
Do you use natural or lab-grown diamonds?
Both may be used depending on the design.
Each product page will clearly state whether a diamond is natural or lab-grown, together with relevant stone specifications.
Is your jewelry made to order?
Many IN PEACE pieces are made or finished to order.
Estimated production times will be listed on individual product pages where applicable.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We offer complimentary worldwide shipping via O-mail International.
DHL Express is also available as an expedited shipping option.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Yes. IN PEACE jewelry includes a six-month warranty covering manufacturing faults.

We may be able to accommodate customization or bespoke requests depending on the design.

Can you help me choose a ring size?
Yes. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before ordering and we will be happy to help.
Because rings are generally made to the size selected at checkout, we strongly recommend confirming your size before placing your order.

What currency will I be charged in?
Prices on IN PEACE are displayed in USD.
If you are purchasing with a card or payment method in another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or foreign transaction fee. Any additional currency conversion charges are determined by your payment provider and are not charged by IN PEACE.
